As a CSE student at Mahindra University, Ambresh Yadav was deep in research on Number Theory — but a different problem always stayed on his mind: why is good food so expensive?

With a builder's mindset, he saw Soaply not just as a restaurant but as a startup that solves a real problem. With advice and ideas from his close friends Vikash and Suraj, the concept took shape. Together they brainstormed the menu, the pricing model, and the customer experience from scratch.
